We loved our stay at the hotel, as its cleanliness and friendly staff stood out. the location was fantastic, being just a short walk from the vibrant Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori areas, making it easy to explore all attractions. We also appreciated the excellent breakfast and the well-maintained facilities, which included a relaxing rooftop onsen and convenient washer and dryer options.

We enjoyed our stay at Candeo Hotels, especially the great breakfast and relaxing skyspa on the top floor. the location was perfect, just a short walk to Dotonbori and plenty of shops nearby. the room was a bit small, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Had a fantastic stay! the hotel is super modern with excellent facilities like a sky spa, sauna, and laundry room. Perfect for guests with disabilities, as everything was easily accessible. Staff were friendly, and the location can’t be beaten—just a short stroll from Shinsaibashi shopping arcade and Dotonburi. Plus, the isolated bathroom design was a great touch for our family.

Felt so welcome, nothing to complain about!

Candeo Hotels is in a fantastic location, just minutes from Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi. the hotel is modern and well-maintained, featuring a luxurious triple room with a beautiful bathroom design. the sky spa on the top floor is a must-try, and there's even a 7-Eleven next door for convenience. the area is bustling with luxury brands and tasty food options, making it a great base for exploring the city.

Breakfast is a bit pricey. We didn't get a high floor.

I loved staying at this hotel. It’s super close to all the attractions, like Shinsaibashi and Namba. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. the room was equipped with a flat-screen TV and electric kettle, which made my stay even more comfortable. I enjoyed the sauna and skyspa, perfect for unwinding.

The breakfast could use improvement. I still recommend this hotel to others for its excellent location and quality service.
