We had a fantastic stay at the Capsule Inn in Osaka. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the provided towels, bathrobe, and pajamas were a nice touch. The highlight was definitely the free access to the public bath - a truly relaxing and authentic Japanese experience. Plus, the location in the middle of Umeda was perfect. For the price we paid, it's hard to find a better capsule hotel.
