Clean toilet and shower room. Separate wet and dry areas. Mirror area for makeup and MUJI dryers. Good value and near Yokohama station. Capsule and facilities clean. Staff allowed luggage storage. Breakfast at nearby cafe. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly staff who speak English. Sauna and hot bath for men. Affordable and good mix of facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this capsule hotel in Yokohama. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the train station and close to a small shopping center. The staff were kind and accommodating, offering a bag with pajamas, towels, slippers, and a toothbrush inside our locker. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary products for a quick skincare and shower routine. We were even provided with a hairdryer. we were impressed with the convenient location, cleanliness, and the helpfulness of the staff. We highly recommend Capsule Plus Yokohama Sauna & Capsule.

Not a single thing was a disappointment during our stay. 😊

The location of the hotel was perfect, being near Yokohama Station and with two convenience stores just around the corner. It was also convenient to have vending machines in the lobby and hot water available for drinking. The facility itself was clean, with PJ, slippers, towels, and toothbrush provided. The sheets were changed everyday, ensuring a fresh and comfortable sleep.

One negative aspect was that the hair dryers available were not always in good working condition.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being right next to the train station and bus terminal. This made it very convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast offered at the nearby cafe was good, with two options to choose from. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure to explain everything clearly and providing assistance with any language barriers.

The size of the rooms and capsules were a bit snug, especially if you are taller than 185CM/6'1". The bedding was also not very cushioned, so it may be uncomfortable for those who prefer a softer mattress.
