We had a fantastic stay at Chisun Grand! The location was incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the station. We loved that they offered bike rentals for 100¥ an hour and even provided a free phone with wifi that we could use during our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags after check out so we could continue exploring the city. The amenities were impressive, including a massage chair in our room and a lobby stocked with hot chocolate, coffee, green tea. a great experience!

The room size was impressive, the biggest I've stayed in Japan. Excellent facilities and convenient location near Nagano station. The grand lobby and friendly front desk staff added to the overall experience. Bedside USB port and dimming lights were convenient. Free coffee and hot chocolate at reception, as well as a coin laundry room, were great bonuses.

During my stay at Chisun Grand, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. It was much bigger than I had expected, allowing me to comfortably move around and open my suitcases without any hassle. The self-serving hot drink vending machine in the lobby was a delightful touch, especially after a long day of sightseeing in the cold. I enjoyed sipping on a delicious matcha latte from the convenience of the hotel. I had a fantastic experience at Chisun Grand and would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the train station, making it easy to get to various attractions such as the Snow Monkey park. There are also plenty of eating places nearby for a variety of dining options. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The breakfast, although not included, is delicious and offers a Japanese-style option on the 12th floor with a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains.

The hotel may look a bit dated and the bathroom is quite basic and small compared to more modern hotels.

The location of this hotel is superb, being right in the city center and only a short level walk from the train station. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with big bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The wide windows in the rooms provide a comfortable ambiance and a beautiful view of the city. Additionally, the breakfast room on the 12th floor offers a spectacular view while enjoying a good breakfast.

The noise from passing trains at times, which occasionally interrupted our relaxation and conversation. the bed was a bit small for us, but it was still comfortable and didn't disturb our stay too much.
