We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, situated in a quieter area of the lively Shinjuku district. We loved that we were not in the middle of the crazy Shinjuku, but still just a short 15-minute walk from the central station. The surrounding area had plenty of charming cafes and restaurants to explore. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. They even helped us navigate our way to the airport for an early morning flight, saving us time and money. Above all, the value for money was excellent, making this hotel a top choice for future visits.

The complementary toiletries were a nice touch and saved us packing space. the location was great, close enough to the action but not too noisy. being near a park was a nice change of scenery from the concrete jungle.

The bathroom was cramped and badly designed. Plus, the staff were not friendly or welcoming, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests.
