The breakfast served at the on-site restaurant is delicious. The fitness center is also a nice addition for those looking to stay active during their stay.

I spent my New Year's celebration at this hotel and the location was perfect for accessing nearby attractions. I also enjoyed the two complimentary drinks per day which is a nice touch. the staff were polite and accommodating. What’s more, the view from our room was fantastic and we were able to watch the fireworks display.

The breakfast was lacking in variety and the food wasn't great. the room was also not as clean as expected with an unpleasant odour.

The location of Courtyard was extremely convenient for us as we wanted to explore other cities like Kyoto and Okayama. The hotel is situated right next to the station, making it easy to catch the Shinkansen to different destinations in Japan. The direct train to the airport was also a plus.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of clear directions from Shinosaka station and limited English proficiency among some staff members, the overall experience at Courtyard By Marriott Shin-Osaka Station was fantastic.
