The AC unit was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. Cool room and cozy beds. Spacious room too!

Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints.

We were traveling with our pet for the first time and were impressed with the cleanliness of the pet walking area. The grass was green and well-maintained, and the disposal can for pet waste was regularly emptied. We appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into keeping the area clean.

We felt very well taken care of during our stay at Best Western Alamosa Inn, and there was no reason for us to complain. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory.

Clean pet area, fresh grab-and-go breakfast, available room supplies, well-maintained flower garden, central location, convenient indoor pool.

The breakfast at the hotel was well organized and quite good, with many options from eggs to fresh waffles. the staff kept the breakfast area clean and organized. Additionally, the hotel's location on Main Street in Alamosa was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. It was easy to access the rooms from the front, and the generous size of the bathroom area and room made for a comfortable stay.

The signage for the hotel was hard to spot without the lights on, making it a bit difficult to find. the rooms facing the road could be a little loud when trucks passed by.

The hotel location was perfect for our needs, with nearby restaurants and attractions, including a local birding event. The rooms were comfortable and included basic amenities such as a fridge and desk, with double Queen beds that were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and offered many options from eggs to fresh waffles, provided in a convenient “go” bag.

Our stay was great and there were no major issues to report.

We stayed at Best Western for three nights during our family vacation. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating to all of our requests, and the pool and picnic area provided hours of fun for our six children. Despite our noise, no one ever asked us to be quiet. The affordable price, friendly and helpful staff, and the fact that they allowed dogs made our stay even more enjoyable. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely choose to stay at Best Western again.

The room was spacious with a separate bath and great water pressure. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioner kept me cool all night. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby Great Sand Dune National Park. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and it was very comfortable with plenty of space. I was pleased with the hotel facilities, as it had a microwave, refrigerator, and TV in the room. Another great aspect was the convenient location in the entire valley, close to several restaurants, including Chili's. Additionally, the staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of food options.

The room was well-lit and the bed was comfortable. It had a spacious desk area and a small table, making it easy to work from the room. The property, although older, had been nicely remodeled and the room was spotlessly clean. The value for the money was excellent. The location on Main Street was convenient and there were good restaurants nearby. it was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a great value.

Not one thing.

The room was spacious and well-furnished for the price, with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. the lobby and breakfast area were clean and modern. the indoor pool and hot tub were a nice amenity. the hotel was conveniently located near the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve, making it easy to explore the area.

There was no TV guide, which made it difficult to find channels. the exterior of the hotel initially gave me some concerns, but the overall experience turned out to be very pleasant.

We got great value for our money with the cool AC unit and cozy beds in our spacious room at Best Western. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with better shower heads.
