The staff were just the sweetest folks, lookin’ out for us at every turn. Our room had this nice view of the river, real special. Had a grand ol’ time at Gordon Ramsay's Steak—y’all gotta try that! Coulda used more luck at the slots, though. Just sayin’.

I was disappointed that the pool had been closed during my stay. It was quite warm outside, and I was really looking forward to relaxing by the pool. Additionally, I found the dining options limited, as there was no cafe for coffee in the morning. I expected more from a hotel of this caliber.

Upon checking in, we discovered a lack of towels, as the hotel ran short on supplies, which was surprising for a new property. The AC struggled to keep the room cool, making our stay uncomfortable.

The Deluxe Balcony Room provided a comfortable stay with spacious layouts. However, noise from the nearby elevators and limited communication about facilities affected the experience. It’s a decent option for families or short stays, but improvements in housekeeping and guest service could enhance the overall experience.

Limited dining options late in the evening left us craving more variety, and several staff interactions felt clumsy, diminishing the overall experience.

the casino was fun (especially the atmosphere! ), and we enjoyed the diverse dining options. rooms had great views of the lake. The staff was quite courteous.

Our stay was ruined by poor maintenance issues. The air conditioning was not only noisy but also barely functioned properly, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the lack of adequate towels, with only one provided for two guests, was incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to meet basic requests, which certainly detracted from the experience.

Just a proper fit for a mini-vacation in Westlake with excellent value for money. The shower experience was fantastic with a waterfall head, although you might want to think about privacy. Parking can be a bit tricky, so keep an eye out for signs when you arrive.
