The location of Cross Hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the shopping area and close to many restaurants and stores. The Nampo metro station was just a short walk away, making it convenient for exploring the city and getting to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-designed, with a separate shower and tub. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of quality food. I had a great experience at Cross Hotel and would recommend it to others.

The value for money at this hotel was amazing! the room we stayed in was very spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. We even received a little pamper gift which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was very convenient, just off Dotonbori, so it was great to have a short walk back after a long day of exploring.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better, as it was easily accessible by subway and close to everything. I loved that I could explore the rest of the city from here. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, especially Otaka-san. They were all extremely helpful and went above and beyond so many times. The service was exceptional and helpful regarding navigation of local attractions and tours for the area. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel even offered services like room service, dry cleaning, and shops/commercial services. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

I would recommend this hotel to all. The location was unbeatable, with Dontoburi entry just around the corner and a short 5-minute walk from the station.

There was a slight odor in the room, which was a bit off-putting. the air conditioning in the dining area was too cold, making the atmosphere feel sterile.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Osaka. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the vibrant Dontorobi area just off Midosuji Street. It was convenient for shopping and exploring the city, with train stations nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the modern facilities provided everything we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options that kept us satisfied.

Cross Hotel Osaka was amazing! The large tub and friendly staff made our stay perfect. The location was ideal, right near all the action in a swanky area. The stylish decor and convenient amenities like the on-site spa and cafe were a bonus. The room had a fabulous view, comfortable bed, and great features like a hot pot for tea and coffee. The bathroom was lovely, with a spacious shower room and a compact toilet/sink area. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, and the elevator with a view of the city was cool. With two metro stops within walking distance and everything we needed at our doorstep, it was a great choice for us.
