I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in the heart of the bustling Shinsaibashi area in Osaka. The location of the hotel, right in the middle of shopping areas, nightlife, and great restaurants, was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spacious, especially considering the usual standards in Japan. The separate bathing area in the bathroom was a nice touch, and I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the tub. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist with taxi bookings. The lobby always had a fresh scent, and the breakfast offered a tasty mix of Western and Japanese options. The lobby coffee shop was a pleasant spot to charge my phone and the staff there were friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location of Cross Hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the shopping area and close to many restaurants and stores. The Nampo metro station was just a short walk away, making it convenient for exploring the city and getting to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-designed, with a separate shower and tub. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of quality food. I had a great experience at Cross Hotel and would recommend it to others.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just by the river and easily accessible from the Namba stations with a short 10-minute walk. It is right smack in between shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, only a 3-minute walk to each. The room surprised me with its cleanliness and size, making my trip truly feel like a vacation. The staff was also very helpful, pointing out directions to the loop bus and proactively offering an umbrella when it was forecasted to rain. I was impressed with their excellent service and bilingual communication skills.

Staying here was such a great decision! It's in the central area, near major subways, with shops and restaurants all around. I loved how this place was in a very busy area of the city, it was a great contrast from the other less brash cities I visited in Japan. Additionally, the staff spoke excellent English and understood quality customer service. They accommodated my request for a quiet room and put me at the end of the hall. The room amenities were also great, including tea and coffee facilities and plenty of toiletries provided.
