From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The birthday surprise with a cake was a delightful touch!

While the hotel ambiance is inviting, I did face confusion over unexpected charges at checkout which left a sour impression.

Had an awesome vacation with friends! The hotel was stylish, and we enjoyed the pool area a lot. We hit up Camp Nou and appreciated how close everything was. Just a heads up, the coffee shop and bar in the hotel were cool spots to unwind after a day of exploring. They also have good breakfast options at Impar if you're in the mood for a nice meal.

We had a frustrating experience with the WiFi. It was basically non-existent during our stay, and that was a letdown, especially when we needed to plan our outings. I expected better from a hotel of this caliber, so just keep that in mind if you need reliable internet.

I stay in the Sphere Room, which is spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The room is quiet, providing the perfect environment for a light sleeper like me. The hotel's proximity to Camp Nou is a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area.

The bed was a dream, making every night feel like heaven. Loved the stunning roof terrace views—perfect for Instagram! Location was fab, super easy to explore everything nearby.

Ah, but the WiFi was about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Also, why close the pool at 8 PM? I'm on vacation, not in a pumpkin carriage!

Had a fantastic time with friends at the hotel! We explored the Camp Nou and had fun at the Magic Fountains show. The staff was super helpful, especially the concierge who made great recommendations. The room was comfy, featuring a high-tech multimedia system and really nice toiletries. Definitely eat at the rooftop restaurant if you get a chance!

But, goodness, the housekeeping must've been on holiday—my bin was overflowing for ages! And who thought it was a good idea to close the pool at 8 PM? I wanted to swim under the stars!

I had an incredible experience interacting with Isaac at the front desk. He helped me snag a last-minute reservation at a top-notch restaurant, going so far as to utilize his own phone to get the tickets for La Sagrada Familia! The spa was truly a tranquil escape after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, I’d say it's reasonable.

The deluxe king room was unique and spacious. Enjoyed the awesome spa and cool bar/club called Zuu nearby. I loved the extra special birthday cake surprise for my partner.

Felt very comfortable, no reason to complain.
