i was really looking forward to a lovely stay, but my room was right near the lobby, and i could hear every footstep and conversation outside. also, the ice machine on my floor woudl ve been a nice touch, but it didn’t even work! i just couldn’t believe they didn't offer any upgrades or treats for the inconvenience.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with delicious options to choose from. The only downside was the lack of an elevator for easy access to the upper floors. The kids loved the outdoor pool area, which had a charming atmosphere. Would have been perfect with better soundproofing.

The lack of an elevator is a huge oversight for those with mobility challenges!!! The bathrooms desperately need updating, with cracked sinks and low showerheads!!! The cracked ice machine was quite inconvenient to trek to another floor for!!!

The architecture is charming, reminiscent of a classic Western style, and the courtyard is absolutely beautiful, featuring lovely fountains and cabanas. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which included freshly baked biscuits and gravy, one of the best I've tasted in a long time. The staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The check-out process was a bit rushed.

The poolside room was a real treat! Ope, I just loved sittin’ out there, takin' in the beauty of the landscaped pool area. Beds were super comfy, too. Only thing that had a little musty smell but that comes with age, I s’pose. Breakfast had a nice spread, perfect start to our day!

We stayed here with our three kids and loved the spacious rooms, especially the pool view. The location is super convenient with close access to restaurants and stores. The kids really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety even after a holiday weekend.

My children wanted an elevator since we were on the second floor, making it tough with luggage. The outdoor playground looked good but seemed a bit worn down, so a quick upgrade would help families enjoy it.
