The premier room on the 20th floor provides a wonderful view of the Tokyo Tower. Included amenities such as access to the Premier Lounge, Minibar, and breakfast at the room make for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The Superior room amenities are basic, similar to that of a business hotel. The air-conditioning needs improvement, as there is no fan level adjustment and the AC does not cool the room adequately.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was immaculate, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, being close to the subway station with a direct exit from Shimbashi Station, and just a short 10-minute walk to the vibrant Ginza area. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and helpful advice about the city attractions.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Dai-Ichi. The hotel itself feels grand and luxurious, like staying in a glamorous mansion. Despite the smaller room size, it was comfortable and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Ginza, the subway station, and the famous fish market. The staff was extremely nice and always willing to help. it was a truly memorable stay at Dai-Ichi Hotel. I would highly recommend it.

As a budget traveler, I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was right next to the metro and JR lines, making it extremely convenient to explore Tokyo. Additionally, there was a Family Mart just across the street, making it easy to grab snacks and essentials. The staff was prompt and helpful, especially when it came to arranging a taxi for our airport transfer. The deluxe twin corner room was spacious enough for our family of 4 and a baby, providing us with a comfortable stay.

This place was just right for me! It's situated in a lively area, and there's a train station 2 minutes away which made it very convenient. The staff here were very efficient and gave me excellent service. They were very accommodating and provided me with everything I needed, such as room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and shuttle services. The room amenities were also great! I enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink, and the ironing facilities and comfy sitting area were a nice touch. The free Wi-Fi in the room was very useful in helping me plan my activities.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being just next to Shimbashi train station. This makes it very convenient for exploring the city, as it is close to a major subway station. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of both the shopping district Ginza and the business district Minato.

The breakfast options at the hotel were a bit disappointing. Some items were not consistently delivered, and there were occasional mistakes in the orders.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving experience with my family. the hospitality was fantastic; from the polite and courteous staff who greeted us with a warm smile, to the two complementary pumpkin pies, which were unbelievably delicious. What’s more, the hotel we stayed at was walking distance to the shopping mall and several restaurants that offered sumptuous meals.

Although we had a great stay overall, it would have been nice if the hotel was upfront with their pricing, especially for additional guests. Our bill was higher than we expected, including an extra fee for our child's bed.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Japan Rail station and is a short walk to the Ginza shopping district. The French dining room offers delicious made-to-order breakfast options. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly.

The air conditioning in the rooms could use some improvement.
