The hotel's location in the heart of the tourist area next to Hell's Valley is fantastic. The onsen is unbelievably quiet and offers a stunning view of Hell Valley. The staff are friendly and polite, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet have a great selection of food.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfy, and the location was perfect, especially because it was close to the famous Noboribetsu valley. The staff were friendly and treated me well throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel nestled right at the foot of a stunning national park. The location was fantastic, with the famous Hell Valley just a stone's throw away and Jigokudani within walking distance. The room I got was spacious and had a traditional atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The bathroom was well-maintained and the service provided by the staff was top-notch. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices. the hotel had amazing facilities, including multiple indoor and outdoor onsen pools where I could unwind and relax.

The buffet dinner at the hotel left much to be desired. I found the food, especially the sashimi, to be lacking freshness.

As adults, we loved the variety of amenities available for families, such as kids-sized yukatas and a children's corner in the buffet. The indoor swimming pool with slides was a hit, and the cots in the toilets for diaper changing were convenient. The free use of amenities in the hot spring changing room was a nice bonus. The English and Chinese speaking staff made communication easy and hassle-free.

The service was impeccable, with staff always available for room service and meeting all my needs. The leisure facilities were also top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, heated swimming pool, garden area.
