The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. They assisted us with making reservations at local restaurants and were always available to answer any questions we had. Additionally, the hotel was located in a convenient area with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were able to find everything we needed easily.

One of the things I disliked about the hotel was the inflexibility regarding early check, in. We arrived slightly before the standard check, in time and were not allowed to check, in until exactly 2pm, which was a bit frustrating.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, providing useful advice on the breakfast rush. The hotel is conveniently located near Sakai Higashi station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. We appreciated the upgraded room, which was spacious and clean. The hotel also had convenient parking facilities.

Everything is what we need and want.

I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel in Osaka City area, which was conveniently close to Sakai Higashi station and Nankai train station. The hotel provided great value for money, with spacious rooms and basic amenities that met all my needs. The staff were extremely friendly and made efforts to accommodate my requests. I was impressed by their attention to detail, such as providing complimentary black coffee bags in the room. The location was also perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the City Area, but still easily accessible.

Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.

Great value for money and easy access to the airport. Hotel located in a quiet area, which is perfect for a relaxing stay. Room was clean and had all basic amenities including an ironing board and USB charger. Shower pressure was great and hot water was available all day. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Limited dining options nearby, nothing within easy walking distance. The hotel is not located in the central Osaka area so commuting to the city center can be time-consuming. The room was a bit small and the mattress was not very comfortable. The air conditioning was ineffective and too noisy making it difficult to get a good sleep. There was a slight issue with the Wi-Fi connection in the room.
