We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. The highlight was definitely the lovely spa area on the second floor, where we could indulge in some well-deserved pampering. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even calling a taxi for us when we were struggling to catch one ourselves. Their customer service was truly excellent. We were also thrilled that despite the hotel not being able to guarantee a room with a view, they were able to allocate us a room on the 11th floor, which had a beautiful view. We highly recommend this hotel and were thoroughly satisfied with our experience here.

In terms of cons, there was a minor hiccup when we were initially allocated a smoking room, even though we had specified that we do not smoke. However, the hotel quickly rectified the issue and moved us to a non-smoking room.
