During my transit in Sapporo, I appreciated the convenience of the Daiwa Roynet hotel Sapporo Nakajima Koen being located just 10 km away from Sapporo Okadama Airport, offering a smooth and quick connection for my travel needs. the hotel's close proximity to Nakajima Park provided a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city streets, allowing for a serene and relaxing stay amidst the beauty of nature.

A minor inconvenience during my stay was the challenge of using the air conditioner due to it being in Japanese only, leading to some difficulty in adjusting the room's ventilation.

While the bin wasn't changed, the staff were friendly and accommodating. the convenient location near the metro and multiple konbinis made it a pleasant stay overall. Would return gladly.

The highlight was definitely the lovely spa area on the second floor, where we could indulge in some well-deserved pampering. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even calling a taxi for us when we were struggling to catch one ourselves. Their customer service was truly excellent. We were also thrilled that despite the hotel not being able to guarantee a room with a view, they were able to allocate us a room on the 11th floor, which had a beautiful view. We highly recommend this hotel and were thoroughly satisfied with our experience here.
