I recently stayed at Citadines Culture Village Dubai for a short and relaxing getaway. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a peaceful atmosphere that allows you to escape the noise of the city. The staff, particularly Faisal and the reception team, were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. My room was upgraded to an Executive Suite, which was cozy, comfortable, and had an amazing view from the balcony. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel also offers great amenities like a pool and gym, and the small café and Starbucks kiosk in the lobby were convenient.

Quiet location by the creek, perfect for peaceful walks. Clean, well-equipped rooms with friendly staff who go above and beyond. Delicious breakfast spread with fresh bread, fruits, and cereals. Efficient and helpful reception and cleaning staff who kept everything ship-shape. All-round excellent experience.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's convenience. It was situated in a lovely, peaceful location close to the waterfront. The staff was very attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well equipped with essential amenities, making our stay comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel was close to everything vital as a traveller, including the airport and several main attractions.

One downside of our stay was the closed pool due to maintenance, as mentioned in some reviews.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The value for money was outstanding, especially considering the fantastic view from the rooms with balconies. The location near the Dubai Metro station made it easy to explore the city, and being in a newly developed marina area added to the overall experience. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that all basic amenities were provided and that guests felt well taken care of. The breakfast served was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Great value for money in a newly developed marina area, close to Festival City. Rooms with balcony offer nice views and basic essentials such as microwave and fridge. Breakfast provided.

Parking areas and access cards could be improved.

The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and there was a lovely art gallery nearby.

Our stay was during the busy Christmas season and the prices were incredibly high. the hotel lacked adequate parking and we often had to leave our car with the valet who took quite some time to retrieve it.
