The pillows were uncomfortable, lacking a choice of soft/hard options. Some room amenities needed attention, like the missing coffee maker tray, limited counter space in the bathroom, and strange artwork that might be unsettling.

I always return because they helped with a phone charger. the place suits me with Free Wi-Fi, Fitness center, Outdoor pool. No smoking or pets. Great amenities make me excited for Easter return.

The hotel had two washing machines that worked really well, which was great for getting all my business clothes clean before heading to my conference. the breakfast was also really good, with plenty of options to choose from. Plus, the location was really convenient--I was able to easily walk to several restaurants and shops in the area.

The hotel didn't have very good soundproofing, so I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and hallway throughout the night. the room itself was a bit outdated and could have used some sprucing up.
