Clean room with all amenities, helpful and friendly staff, short walk to Higashi Muroran station and convenience stores, fantastic spacious onsen. Breakfast has high quality, limited variety. Free comforting ramen at night. Great service, staff made restaurant reservation on New Year's Eve. Honest staff, promptly refunded overcharge. Excellent facilities, including hot spring and sauna. Free wash machines, microwave, and disposable chopsticks available. Would stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located near JR Higashi-Muroran station, making it easy to access popular attractions like Noboribetsu. There are also many shops nearby, offering plenty of options for dining and shopping. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The onsen is fantastic, providing a relaxing experience after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious Japanese specialties and even allows for personalized orders.

The pillows were a bit too hard for some guests.

The hotel was conveniently located near a train station and had easy access to a supermarket and convenience store. the room amenities were plentiful, and the bed, pillows, and towels were comfortable. An added bonus was the onsen, which was relaxing and clean.

Although the breakfast had a decent variety, the time frame was limited, and we had to rush to make it before it ended. the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that was not alleviated even after using deodorant spray.

My recent stay at Dormy Inn was absolutely delightful. The hotel provided free ramen and drinks, which was a nice touch. Although the room layout was a little unusual, with the bathroom sink outside the room, it didn't bother me much. The motion sensor light in the hallway was very helpful, especially during the night. The hotel also had a public bath on the second floor, which was a great way to relax. I found the location convenient, with local amenities and the train station within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
