The room we stayed in had a lovely view and the hotel's location was excellent, with the added bonus of parking. Despite a few outdated furniture, the overall experience was pleasant. The breakfast ingredients were of good quality, although they could have been warmer. We had a great time exploring Exmouth.

The location, situated on the seafront, provides stunning views that are simply breathtaking. The friendly and accommodating staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-appointed, equipped with showers, balconies and, most importantly, very comfortable beds. And to top it all off, the delicious breakfast is included in the package.

We had a fantastic stay at Imperial! The night manager went above and beyond to provide blankets when the radiator wasn't working in our room, ensuring we had a comfortable night's sleep. The staff, from the friendly receptionists to the manager at breakfast, were all amazing and attentive. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It's a stone's throw away from a clean sandy beach and just a hop down to the promenade. The rooms are clean with comfy beds and good facilities. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are attentive. The public rooms have a nice atmosphere, and the terrace and garden are pleasant for relaxing. There's even a bar area to enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from a bit more care and attention.

Great start to the new year! Loved the complimentary champagne and goodie bag, what a great way to start the celebration! the location was fab as it was close to the shore and shops, making for a fun afternoon exploring. the view from the room was breathtaking, such a stunning sight to wake up to each day.

The room was quite outdated and the furniture could have been better maintained. the parking fee was an unexpected extra cost that could have been included in the total price.
