We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the tram stop for the Atomic Bomb museum and the Shinchi bus terminal. It was also conveniently located opposite Chinatown, which offered a vibrant and bustling atmosphere. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The onsen facilities were a definite highlight, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free noodle soup that was served every night.

The rooms were on the smaller side, which may be a drawback for some guests.

The attention to detail is evident in the well-maintained rooms, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, with the hotel being very close to a small but thriving Chinatown. It's also conveniently located near tram lines, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The basic amenities are all provided, and the breakfast offers a delicious selection of Japanese fare.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made our Christmas stay very special. the rooms were cozy and clean, and the spa facilities were fantastic, especially the micro-bubble bath. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the nearby Chinatown and enjoy some delicious food.

Finding the hotel's car park was a bit of a challenge, and we had to park in a different location. the breakfast was a bit disappointing as they didn't refill dishes when they ran out and the choices were limited.
