Delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food. Loved the layout of the room, felt like a Japanese apartment. The onsen was so relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Strong wifi connection throughout the hotel.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station. It's also near a convenience store, perfect for a late-night coffee fix. The rooms are spacious and come with a massage chair, providing a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The onsen is a highlight for the whole family, with passcode protection for added security. Plus, the hotel offers free ramen at night, a delicious treat before bed.

There are few staff members who speak English, making communication a bit challenging.

The breakfast had a good variety of food choices and the staff were friendly. the location was close to the train station and easy to find. the room had good working air conditioning.

The room was tiny and felt claustrophobic. the bathroom was too small and the shower had no privacy.
