Delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food. Loved the layout of the room, felt like a Japanese apartment. The onsen was so relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Strong wifi connection throughout the hotel.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station. It's also near a convenience store, perfect for a late-night coffee fix. The rooms are spacious and come with a massage chair, providing a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The onsen is a highlight for the whole family, with passcode protection for added security. Plus, the hotel offers free ramen at night, a delicious treat before bed.

There are few staff members who speak English, making communication a bit challenging.

The room was tiny and felt claustrophobic. The bathroom was too small and the shower had no privacy.
