nys loft hotel exceeded our expectations for a romantic stay. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, food, and shopping.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is right next to Taipei main station and close to the Central Train station. It makes traveling around the city and beyond Taipei very easy, especially with the MRT system. The hotel is also surrounded by a variety of eateries, including bubble tea shops, and there is a convenience store just a few meters away from the hotel. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and accommodating, providing extra amenities for the room upon request.

The room size is quite small and lacks natural light due to the absence of windows.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was incredibly convenient, right next to the Taipei Main Station. We found it easy to navigate around the city thanks to the close proximity to the MRT. the hotel itself was located on the 3rd and 4th floors of an office building, and the security guard at the office lobby was friendly and helpful. Our check-in process was smooth, and we were even directed to a lounge on the 3rd floor where we could relax with a cup of coffee. the staff was always willing to assist us with any travel arrangements or questions we had. a great experience!

Can't fault the property in any way. 👌

The staff were amazing, very helpful! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had two lighting options. The location was incredibly convenient, right next to the main station and surrounded by great places to eat and get Boba. The rooms were well-insulated, ensuring a quiet stay, and the WiFi was reliable.

Felt warmly welcomed, nothing was too much trouble.

Our vacation during Christmas was enjoyable. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. the location was convenient with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. Walking to the train station was easy and we enjoyed taking the train to nearby tourist attractions. Best aspect was the comfortable bedding, it's rare to find good quality in budget hotels.

The soundproofing wasn't the best; we could hear other guests in nearby rooms.

The common area provided a comfortable space to relax with sofas and tables, and the complimentary coffee and water were a nice touch. The shared bathrooms and showers were impeccably clean, exceeding our expectations. Additionally, the location of the hotel, right near Taipei Main Station, was ideal with plenty of shops and food options in the vicinity. We also appreciated the upgrade to our room by the staff, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying at Nys Loft again!
