nys loft hotel exceeded our expectations for a romantic stay. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, food, and shopping.

Restroom cleanliness wasn't as expected.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is right next to Taipei main station and close to the Central Train station. It makes traveling around the city and beyond Taipei very easy, especially with the MRT system. The hotel is also surrounded by a variety of eateries, including bubble tea shops, and there is a convenience store just a few meters away from the hotel. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and accommodating, providing extra amenities for the room upon request.

The room size is quite small and lacks natural light due to the absence of windows.

We found it easy to navigate around the city thanks to the close proximity to the MRT. the hotel itself was located on the 3rd and 4th floors of an office building, and the security guard at the office lobby was friendly and helpful. Our check-in process was smooth, and we were even directed to a lounge on the 3rd floor where we could relax with a cup of coffee. the staff was always willing to assist us with any travel arrangements or questions we had. a great experience!

Our vacation during Christmas was enjoyable. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. the location was convenient with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. Walking to the train station was easy and we enjoyed taking the train to nearby tourist attractions. Best aspect was the comfortable bedding, it's rare to find good quality in budget hotels.

The soundproofing wasn't the best; we could hear other guests in nearby rooms.

The hotel's location was fantastic - just a short walk from the main train station. This made it easy to explore the city and move around. the hotel also provided basic amenities such as towels and toothbrushes, making it convenient for travelers.

That the room was quite small and cramped. It was a bit uncomfortable, especially if you had large luggage with you.
