I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. They even provided weather advice for my trip to Disney Sea, which saved me from going on a rainy day. The attention to detail and personalized service made me feel truly special. The hotel also offers a unique app where I could choose from various types of pillows, which was a great touch. The onsen and shower facilities were a welcome treat when I arrived before check-in time. The provided pajamas were comfortable and something different from other hotels I've stayed at. The slippers were also more comfortable than what I've experienced in other hotels. The toiletries, Etro brand, smelled great and the conditioner actually worked well. The housekeeping department even noted our reservation and provided enough towels and toothbrushes for all three of us in the room, without us having to request them. The hotel's coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch for a take-away option.

The hotel's location right next to the central train station was incredibly convenient for us. We were able to easily catch the Shinkansen and other trains without any hassle. The hotel even arranged for someone to meet us at the platform, ensuring a smooth arrival. Our room was comfortable and spotless, with a lovely bathroom. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff always ready to assist us. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Japanese options. We also enjoyed the gym and spa facilities.

We were amazed by the large corner room we stayed in at the Four Seasons. With around 500 sq ft of space, we enjoyed the great view of the trains coming and going from Tokyo Station. Despite being so close to the trains, the room was incredibly quiet and insulated from any noise. The beds were absolutely heavenly, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

We recently had a romantic getaway at a luxurious hotel in the heart of Japan. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we could ask for. What we liked the most was the exceptional customer service. the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. They even helped us book a couples massage at a nearby spa and offered great recommendations for local restaurants. the hotel was conveniently located near the train station making it easy for us to explore the city.

Our stay would have been even better if there was a bigger breakfast buffet with more options to choose from. despite the few shortcomings, our experience was wonderful and we hope to come back soon.

The hotel's location right at Tokyo Station was incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to navigate the city. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From answering all of my questions to checking and straightening my room while I was out, their attention to detail was remarkable. One staff member in particular, Takahiro-san, even helped me with my suitcase and chased after me with an umbrella when it started raining. The beds in the hotel were also extremely comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day at the festival. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the train station made my trip stress-free, as they even assisted with purchasing tickets and getting me back to the train for my departure. The breakfast in the restaurant was superb, with fresh fruit, excellent omelets, and friendly staff. the staff's helpfulness, warm demeanor, and attention to detail made my stay at this hotel truly exceptional.
