I loved the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the train station. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious eastern and western cuisine options.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the free two bottles of water offered in the room and the convenient location right next to the train station. It made it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. the room had a beautiful view of the nearby castle.

My stay was marred by some negative aspects, primarily the slow service at the reception area. Many of the staff members were new and inexperienced, which resulted in long wait times.

The twin room was affordable through Smart Sale, with a nice view of Fukuyama castle and Shinkansen platforms. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and provides complimentary water and beverages. The housekeeping staff is considerate and the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere with classical music. a clean and well-located option with great views and amenities.

We enjoyed a beautiful view of Fukuyama Castle from our spacious room at the hotel. The Dino eggs changing colors and the light show along the castle wall were a delightful seasonal touch. The hot water shower/soaking tub provided a relaxing experience, and the room had plenty of outlets for all our chargers. Additionally, being located right across the street from the JR Station was incredibly convenient for food and shopping options.

This hotel is a true luxury escape. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was swept away by the opulence and elegance of the venue. the room was adorned with exclusive amenities, and the service was unbeatable. I enjoyed a soothing massage in the private facilities and indulged in the delicious restaurant's specialties. the bar/lounge area is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

The only issue I encountered was the breakfast service in-room. While the food was good, the delivery was a bit slow, and I had to wait longer than I would have liked.
