I recently stayed at a high-quality hotel in the Futoka-Tamagawa area, and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The hotel is conveniently located just 6 stops away on the DT line from Shibuya and central Tokyo. Surrounding the hotel is the Futoka-Tamagawa Rise shopping center, which offers plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel, and I was thrilled to discover that on a clear day, I could even see Mount Fuji from the restaurant on the 30th floor.

The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of shops and dining options nearby, including a department store just a short walk away.

The location was great, with easy access to popular areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and bookstores within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the neighborhood. Additionally, the view from the lobby was amazing, providing a nice backdrop during my stay.

One of the downsides was the inconvenience of accessing the hotel. the lobby was on the 30th floor, and the only way to reach the rooms was by taking the elevator from there and then going down again.

Spent an amazing New Year's at a luxurious hotel with breathtaking views from the upper floors. Super convenient location with major rail and bus lines just a short walk away, making it easy to explore nearby cities like Yokohama. the friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond in assisting us with our lost luggage situation, making many phone calls to get things sorted out.

The hospitality fell a bit short as they charged us for an early check-in without prior confirmation, causing some frustration. Although the location was ideal, it would have been nice to have a warmer and more accommodating experience upon arrival with my elderly parents.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel is only 2 years old and offers great value for money. The hotel's proximity to a beautiful garden and walking area provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Comfortable large double bed and modern room with automatic Japanese-style toilet. Convenient amenities like washing and vending machines. Public bath available with women security card. I had a wonderful stay at Futakotamagawa Excel Hotel Tokyu. The location was fantastic, with great links to Metro trains that allowed me to easily explore cool areas of Tokyo like Harajuku and Shinjuku. The hotel also had a quiet atmosphere, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The views of the nearby river from my room were stunning, and I enjoyed going for a run along the river and relaxing in the rooftop garden of the building in front of the hotel. The nearby shopping mall offered a variety of stores and delicious Japanese food options. The breakfast provided was decent and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was also conveniently located close to a train station, making it easy to get around the city. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tokyo. I had a great experience at Futakotamagawa Excel Hotel Tokyu.

Additionally, the airport bus stop on the ground floor made airport transfers a breeze.

It was convenient for exploring both Tokyo and Yokohama. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, especially when our luggage was lost by the airline. They spent a long time on the phone to sort it out.
