The best aspects of my stay were the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. the hotel is conveniently located near many places in the area, making it easy to explore Edwardsville and Glen Carbon. Additionally, both the common areas and my room were exceptionally clean, giving me peace of mind during my stay. the updated bathrooms were also a nice touch and added to the overall comfort of the room.

The worst aspect of my stay was the lack of communication regarding room changes. Upon my arrival, I was informed that my room had been moved to another hotel without any prior notification.

I was in Edwardsville for a few days and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area. The common areas and room were in excellent condition, with a fresh and modern look. The suite I stayed in was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with plenty of cooking utensils. The large table in the suite provided ample space for socializing. The bathrooms were updated and easily accessible for everyone in our group. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's grab-and-go breakfast options, which varied each day to provide a unique experience. The front desk staff were responsive and helpful, ensuring that any issues were quickly resolved. I had a great experience at this hotel.

During our recent stay at Towneplace Suites, everything we needed was on hand and very clean. The room was fantastic, with a separate bedroom and sitting room, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the quietness of the room, as we couldn't hear any hallway noise or noise from neighbors. The hotel also had a lovely propane fire pit on-site.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The lighting throughout the hotel was quite dim, making makeup application difficult.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. Lastly, the common areas and our room looked clean and well-maintained, giving us a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the towels in our room were worn out and in need of replacement.
