My wife and I enjoyed an 8-night stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city, close to a train station and main shopping street. the spacious queen room had a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the city. the bathroom was well-appointed with a large shower head, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. the reception area was a great spot to unwind, with complimentary tea and coffee available.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

we had an amazing 4-night stay at granbell; the deluxe queen room was clean, modern, and stylish with a comfortable tub. the central location in ginza made exploring easy with access to subway lines and plenty of dining options. the staff were friendly, and the complimentary morning coffee and cute breads were a nice touch. watching the trains from our room was oddly enjoyable with peaceful city noises.
