My family and I stayed at a serene forest retreat for a week. the outdoor hot springs were a dream - especially the mixed one with a waterfall view. We loved the family-friendly atmosphere with beautiful rivers and forests to explore. the staff, especially April, were sweet and helpful. the traditional Japanese experience with yukata and comfortable futons made our stay delightful. the onsen baths were private and cleaned daily, and the gourmet dinner exceeded our expectations. the breakfast was delicious, and the freebies in the luxury room were a nice touch. the friendly service and tranquil surroundings made us feel truly pampered.
