My walk to the onsen from the train station was a bit challenging, taking about 15 minutes along a dark road with passing cars. Despite this, the experience at Gora Byakudan was truly memorable. the view from the lobby during the fall season was breathtaking, and the staff even offered to drive us to the bus stop on a rainy day, providing umbrellas - a thoughtful gesture. the kaiseki breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with generous courses and a range of beautiful dishes. the room with an onsen tub on the balcony was comfortable and included luxury skincare products. Despite having to pay for alcohol with dinner and not all rooms having great views, the ambiance, amenities, and attention to detail at Gora Byakudan made it a wonderful stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I keep coming back here. First stay, staff gave late, night water. Perfect for me: Wi, Fi, parking, restaurant, TV, kettle. Back for business.
