First stay staff helped with suitcases. This place fits perfectly for me with Wi-Fi, Free Parking, Luggage Storage, and 24-hour reception. Also enjoy the Bar/ Lounge, Fitness center, and Indoor swimming pool. Coming back for New Year joy.

Room size and amenities were impressive. the large pool area was a hit, and having a convenient on-site restaurant/bar was a bonus. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area easily.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and unenthusiastic, leading to subpar service. Requests for housekeeping and basic supplies went unfulfilled, with long wait times and lackluster responses.

Despite a coffee maker issue, prompt replacement of moldy machine was provided. Quick solution to breakfast reservation misunderstanding allowed us to attend a soccer game on time. Efficient service for milk request eventually met our needs. Clean accommodations and pleasant dining experience at the hotel's bar/restaurant enhanced our stay. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel in the Wausau area. the cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and we enjoyed utilizing the big pool area. Additionally, having a convenient restaurant and bar on-site made our dining experience hassle-free. the hotel's location was ideal, being fairly close to the soccer fields.

Everything is what we need and want.
