The breakfast provided was good and they had gloves available for self-service. the location of the hotel was also convenient, not far from the highway and close to downtown. Another advantage was that the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, giving good recommendations for places to eat in the area.

The walls of the room were thin, making it easy to hear conversations and TV sound from neighboring rooms. This lack of soundproofing was quite annoying and affected the quality of sleep.

The Fairfield Inn in Santa Fe was such a great value for our money, with a clean and bright room. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness.

The morning meal could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the breakfast options.

The hotel has a nice location, which is convenient for those with a car. It is close to many places and in a great neighborhood. The room is spacious with nice appointments and the breakfast is what you would expect. The pool is also a positive point.

The curtains in the room let a lot of light flood in at night which made it hard to sleep.

This hotel is nicely situated in a great neighborhood, close to the downtown area and pretty close to everything if you have a car. The staff are friendly and professional, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail like having 2 TVs which include HBO. The basic amenities, such as the indoor pool and spa, are a great addition to make your stay more enjoyable. The breakfast offered is also a nice touch.

Felt at home, no complaint.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Santa Fe for a quick overnight trip. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and I loved the step-in shower. The ice machine worked perfectly, and the AC kept the room nice and cool. The TV situation was unique and cool, and I enjoyed the variety of channels. Even though the bed was a bit hard, the pillows were great, and I appreciated the nice shampoo. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bright and cheerful colors made it even more inviting. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The workout room was a nice addition, and I was able to fit in a workout both in the evening and in the morning before leaving.
