The views and peacefulness were worth it. The food was better and bigger than expected. The private outside bath had amazing views. Staff were kind and helpful. Convenient luggage service. Rooftop views and foot soaking area. First ryokan experience was perfect.

The location of the hotel is away from busy streets, offering a peaceful and serene environment. The views from the hotel, especially from the rooftop, are breathtaking, allowing guests to soak in the beauty of the surroundings. The private outside bath provides a luxurious and relaxing experience with stunning views overlooking a golf course.

Some of the in-house documentation and signs are not in English, which can make it slightly challenging for non-Japanese speakers.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was remarkable. From the beautiful yukata provided for dinner to the amazing landscape on the way to the hotel, every aspect was carefully thought out. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite the language barrier, they made us feel incredibly welcome and took care of our needs. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent and classy, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view from the onsen on the balcony, it was the perfect way to relax.

No improvements necessary, everything was more than satisfactory.

Easter was spectacular, but unfortunately, the hotel didn't meet my expectations. However, some aspects were still amazing, like the beautiful view from the room and the tasty dinner and breakfast. the hotel staff was quite friendly and always willing to help.

Sadly, the hotel didn't match the price paid. The location was inconvenient, and the room looked run-down, not antique or charming.

Great food and service, bilingual staff, good value for money, a bit remote but worth it for views and tranquility. Micro bus or 10 min walk from bus stop. Private onsen, rooftop with starry nights, and thoughtful amenities provided.
