We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the location next to the beautiful Lake Ashinoko was perfect. The staff treated us with exceptional kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

Breakfast delights, but could use a bit more variety.

This hotel is located up in the hillside, at the last bus stop and in a very small village where there is nothing to do. It may seem inconvenient, but it offers a peaceful and unique experience. The rooms, located on the second floor, have a nice view and come with different choices of food for breakfast, which is included in the price.

The view of the lake from the hotel terrace was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee while taking in the serene beauty of the surroundings. The onsen bath was a delightful experience, offering relaxation and rejuvenation after a long day of exploring. The food served at dinner was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its scenic location and excellent amenities.

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was geweldig! De locatie was perfect, gelegen in een rustige buurt en toch dichtbij het centrum voor maaltijden. Natuurlijk was er een Spar supermarkt heel dichtbij, wat erg handig was. De kamer was comfortabel en de badkamer was modern en schoon. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met een breed scala aan keuzes. Gelukkig waren er faciliteiten zoals een fitnessruimte en een speelkamer.

Er was slechts één negatief puntje en dat was de kwaliteit van de kussens op het bed. Ze waren plat en slap, typisch Oostenrijks.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was close to the pirate boat stop, making it easy for us to explore the area by boat. The hotel was also located near the cable car and had beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast provided a good spread of options for our family, including some Western food choices. the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were excellent.

The outdoor bath and steam room were particularly impressive. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were very helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food, both Western and Japanese styles.

One of the main drawbacks of the hotel is its remote location. There are no restaurants nearby, and it is a 1 hour bus ride from the nearest train station.

The hotel is conveniently located near the lake where we can board the ship to explore other towns. Additionally, it is just next to the rope way station, making it very convenient for foreign travelers. The hotel is also very close to the bus stop, making transportation easy.

The hotel lacks extra activities or facilities like some other ryokans in the area.

The Japanese style room added to the beauty and coziness of my stay. The facilities and amenities provided were clean and of great quality. And let's not forget the breathtaking view of the Lake from the dining area. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

the food was exquisite with plenty of variety for both dinner and breakfast. the onsen were beautiful and very relaxing. the room was clean, modern yet traditional, and had comfortable futons. the location was great, close to the bus stop, ropeway, ship ride, and the lake. it was an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend the half board package.

Great Japanese vibe and awesome onsen experience. The hotel offered traditional Japanese style rooms and the onsen was an authentic experience, complete with indoor and outdoor hot baths. the view was amazing! Beautiful location near the lake and convenient access to transportation.

Poor communication and lack of English skills. We had difficulty communicating with the staff, as most of them had very limited or no English.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Hakone and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were very reasonable for what you get in return. Additionally, the staff paid great attention to detail and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was convenient, allowing easy access to popular attractions such as Lake Ashi and the Ropeway station. The hotel itself was beautiful, especially if you arrive by car.

All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.
