our recent stay at the lovely hakuba spot once again exceeded our expectations. grand had everything we needed and more - from spacious rooms to helpful staff, complimentary breakfast items, and close proximity to ski lifts and onsen. we truly felt taken care of and can't wait to return. cons: dry air due to heating.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The level of care provided by the staff was exceptional. From the moment I booked until I arrived, Dave, Takami, and Jean took care of everything. They even provided a complimentary lift from the train station and occasionally took me to the supermarket. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and exceptionally clean. It had all the amenities I needed, including a drying room and washing machine. I also loved the breakfast kit provided, which made my mornings so much easier. The location was perfect, with the closest lifts and rental facilities just a few minutes' walk away. There were also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby for dinner. I had a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back!

My recent stay at Grand Apartments in Hakuba was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. The in-room facilities were well-maintained and met all of my needs. The staff, especially David, were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I was impressed by their attention to detail, from offering helpful suggestions to even creating sledding routes for the kids. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Happo Bus Terminal and Happo lifts. The on-site laundry facilities were also a plus. I had a comfortable and quiet stay with plenty of space. I would highly recommend this hotel.
