We had a fantastic week skiing at this place. The location in Happoone area was perfect, with the shuttle service making it easy to get to and from the nearby resort. The ski equipment hire was top-notch, and the ski lockers were convenient for storing our gear. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning, with a variety of options to choose from. this place provided everything we needed for a great ski vacation.

Stayed at this hotel for a city break and it was a great choice. the breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. the hotel also had shuttle services that allowed us to explore the city easily. the onsen experience was fantastic and left us feeling relaxed.

The rooms were a bit small, which was inconvenient when trying to unpack and organize everything. the price was a bit high compared to other hotels in the area.

Lovely location with garden view, delightful onsen. Room had twin beds, staff attempted to make it a king bed but failed due to placement. French restaurant was wonderful, buffet breakfast was satisfying with both Japanese and Western options. Great stay overall.

My parents and I stayed at this hotel to visit the snow wall in Tateyama, and we were not disappointed! The facilities were modern and impeccably clean. Our room had a balcony with a stunning view of the forest, especially enchanting when it was snowing outside. The hotel's restaurant offered a delicious and varied dinner menu, with a hot stone for cooking and beautifully presented dishes. The cozy brick interior made us feel right at home. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
