Claudette, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even provided vegetarian and vegan breakfast options, including a delicious homemade yogurt parfait.

One late afternoon, I had the pleasure of sharing stories and discussing local menus with a friendly French couple while indulging in a delicious hors d’oeuvre plate and wine, courtesy of the wonderful host, Claudette.

The location was a bit out of the way, requiring a longer drive to explore the region.
