The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request or question. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessities one could ever need, including a large bed that ensured a comfortable night's sleep. One standout feature was the LG styler, which added a touch of luxury to the room. Another delightful surprise was the breakfast included in our package, with a tasty spread that went above and beyond the usual continental fare. It's safe to say that this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

Helpful staff guiding us to the nearest luggage service.

We are people who love karaoke and casinos, and we absolutely loved the entertainment options available at the hotel. The karaoke room was fantastic and the casino games were so much fun!
