We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The hotel also offered convenient parking options, which made it easy for us to explore the city without having to worry about our car. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was situated on Dominion Road, providing us with plenty of dining options within walking distance. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was close to the bus stop on Dominion Road, allowing us to easily access the city center in just 15 minutes. the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We had a delightful stay at Bavaria Bed & Breakfast Boutique. The new owner, Eileen, made us feel so welcome and the personalized service was exceptional. The cleanliness of the residence was commendable and the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast selection was a pleasant surprise, and the free unlimited WiFi was a bonus. we highly recommend this character B&B for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Traveling for a concert at the Powerstation, this hotel was the perfect choice. The room, though small, was worth the price and the hosts were incredibly friendly. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the location was convenient. The bed was huge and the intimate atmosphere made our stay cozy and peaceful. We felt like we were staying at a friend's villa. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Friendly staff, great breakfast options, convenient location near dining options, enjoyable walk up Mt Eden. Comfy bed, soft linen, fluffy towels, no TV in the rooms but large communal lounge. Fantastic for events at nearby stadium. Good value for money.

Had a great Christmas stay at this wonderful bed & breakfast! the owners are friendly and made me feel so welcome. the room was clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfy. the location was ideal as it was easily accessible to nearby restaurants and shops. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

My only complaint is that my stay was too short and I had to leave. I would have loved to stay longer.
