Conveniently located near 3 metro stations, walking distance to Tokyo station within the Ginza district. Rooms offer ample amenities like free beer, ice, and water. the onsen is a highlight with phenomenal breakfasts and a pleasant outdoor space.

During chaotic check-in due to a typhoon, had to wait over 2 hours.

Close to train stations, the hotel was a gem. Loved the relaxing public bath and the comfortable pajamas provided. the only downside was the slightly musty toilet smell, which we easily fixed with an air freshener. 🌟.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and made it hard to wake up in the mornings. Ample plug points were available in the room. A welcome drink was provided upon arrival. The hotel's convenient location near multiple metro stations made it easy to explore Tokyo. The 11th-floor public bath and water machine were great amenities. The multinational staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

We had a great Easter stay at a modern hotel with excellent facilities. the hotel location was perfect, with close access to subway lines and many popular areas. the staff was helpful, polite, and made check-in a breeze. We loved having the tablet in our room and the free mineral water provided each day.

Although the bed was not the most comfortable, it was still a pleasant stay. There were limited restaurant options in the immediate vicinity, but we found great options a little further afield in Shibuya and Shinjuku.
