The shower water flow was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly sweet and helpful! Being next to a mall made food and shopping super easy.

Unfortunately, the lobby and room had stained rugs, which was a major letdown. The lack of basic amenities in the bathroom was frustrating.

Great space, beautiful lobbies with an art exhibit during my stay. Rooms are comfortable, and the shower has excellent temperature options. I enjoyed a tub in my room, which was a nice treat. Convenient access to a mall with good lunch options. Breakfast was delicious and staff were accommodating! 😊

My experience was quite disappointing. The room setup felt awkward. it seemed like two rooms squeezed into one, making the layout uncomfortable. Not to mention, the bathroom was poorly designed, with a lavatory far from the shower. I encountered maintenance issues, like a clogged sink, which didn't reflect well on their upkeep. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was underwhelming, lacking variety and not worth the cost.

hotel lucky chinatown is super nice! the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially this one girl named aubrey, she’s jus amazin! also, the location is perfect since its right next to a big mall and close to all the cool shops. the rooms are clean and comfy too, which is awsome. really enjoyed my time there!

but the bathroom could use more amenities like hand towels and the shower felt a bit unsafe for older folks. also, it was kinda cramped for my taste.

Super convenient! Right next to a mall with all the food choices, and the atmosphere was so cozy. The air conditioning worked wonderfully too, making for a chill stay!

Hot water was playing hide and seek during shower time—very cheeky! And I could definitely use a little caffeine boost, that coffee was a bit shy.

You can't miss the wood-fired pizzas at Lucky Chinatown—absolutely divine! Also, shoutout to Renz, who kept my family’s room stocked with water and toiletries during our long stay. The mall next door made our foodie adventures a breeze!

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Lucky Chinatown! The room was spacious, featuring a cozy seating area and a flat-screen TV. The bed was super comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, being close to several attractions and a variety of food carts, which made dining out easy and fun!
