The service is outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. And don't even get me started on the breakfast - it's absolutely delicious!

Nothing I didn't like to be fair

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Hakone. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The private baths were a highlight, providing a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful amenities like snacks, drinks, a fireplace, and games. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed us to store our luggage before and after our stay so we could freely explore the area. I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Although the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had a variety of options, I was disappointed that they didn't label the food allergens as advertised on their website. Additionally, the washing machine was quite far from the rooms, which made it inconvenient for me to go back and forth with my baby.

I stayed at a ryokan-style hotel in Hakone called Yutowa and it was such great value for money. The room was big, modern, and super comfortable, with a really nice shower. The location was calm and relaxed, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff treated me with courtesy and politeness from the moment I arrived, and they even upgraded me to a bigger room for free. The hotel had some really unique amenities like a library and a comics corner, which I loved as a fan of Japanese books. a fantastic experience!

The only thing that could make the breakfast better at Yutowa would be to have a wider selection of English books in the library.

The hotel had a great teatime and evening whisky offering, both complimentary. Its location was very convenient, as it was just a few minutes away from the railway and cable car. the outdoor space with hot springs and valley views was a nice advantage too.

The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. They barely spoke English, which made communication difficult, and were not willing to assist with anything, including the check-in process.

This hotel has amazing facilities, including a beautiful renovation, well-appointed common areas, and plenty of outdoor space. The hot spring outside is perfect for relaxation. The condos are spacious, modern, and well-decorated, with a hot spring bath in the bathroom that overlooks the valley. The location is fantastic, with the Gora Railway and Cable Car nearby, as well as the Gyoza center just 100m away.

I had a really relaxing stay at this hotel. the facilities were very good, especially my spacious and comfortable room. I loved the terrace with the foot bath and the lounge area with tea and coffee. the onsen was also a highlight. the staff were nice and accommodating, even allowing us to use the private onsen after hours. the food was delicious and varied, with the staff in the restaurant going the extra mile to ensure my comfort and understanding of the menu. the hotel's location was ideal, close to transportation and attractions like the cable car, railway, outdoor museum, and park. I highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, and single travelers.
