I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and there were city and regional maps available at the front desk.

No restaurant nearby for dinner, but that wasn't a big issue.

The location of the hotel was superb, as it was in close proximity to the city center and other tourist spots. the room was well-maintained and we enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean surroundings. the complimentary breakfast was a great start to our day and the fast Wi-Fi connection was a bonus, which allowed us to connect with family and friends over the Christmas holidays.

the parking area was quite difficult to navigate and we found it stressful to park in the underground facility. We had to pay an additional fee for secure parking, which was not mentioned on the website.

We had a great stay at Civera. the family room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the Wi-Fi worked perfectly and we enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast. the staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, providing us with city and regional maps, as well as a complimentary book about rock painting in the Sierra de Albarracin. Check-in and check-out were fast, and there was even free public parking available in front of the hotel, saving us money on private parking.
