Amanek Kyoto Kawaramachi Gojo exceeded my expectations! The complimentary evening drinks created a wonderful atmosphere, and the on-site onsen was such a relaxing touch after a full day of exploring Kyoto's sights. The amenities truly made my stay special.

The location is fantastic, only a short walk to the shopping areas and cultural sites. The bathroom is excellent, with great shower pressure, making it easy to freshen up after a long day. The staff is friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.

The room size can feel cramped, especially with larger luggage.

Utilize the laundry facilities. they are convenient and free up your packing for souvenirs. Also, ask for towel replenishment if needed.

Room facing the street was quite noisy at night.

The onsen was awesome and rarely crowded, giving us the chill time we needed after a long day. Breakfast was pretty good too, just a heads-up to book it before check-in. Loved how the staff went above and beyond to help us out!

i almost gave a good review for amanek kyoto kawaramachi gojo but their breakfast was absolutely dreadful, i mean, dried milk instead of fresh? ? the room layout was ridiculous, making it hard to open my luggage. surprise! no special treatment here like an upgrade or welcome gift. i just couldn’t believe it, very disappointing for a supposed luxury!
