I recently stayed at Hotel Bellclassic for a few nights during my trip to Japan. The hotel's location right beside JR Otsuka train station was incredibly convenient, especially since I was relying on public transportation. It was also great to have a Lawson store right in front of the hotel for all my convenience store needs. The room was clean, cozy, and well-lit, with separate toilet and bathroom areas. The hotel staff, especially Sato-san, were polite and helpful. it was definitely worth the price and I will be staying here again in the future.

I have to highlight the exceptional service we received at Bellclassic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. There was a situation where we had accidentally left our room key at the front desk and didn't notice until we were already out exploring the city. We were worried that we would have to make a trip back to the hotel to retrieve the key, but to our surprise, the staff took the initiative to bring it to us wherever we were in Tokyo. This level of attentiveness and willingness to help truly made a lasting impression on us. The room itself was also well-appointed and had a comfortable atmosphere, contributing to a pleasant overall experience. Although there were a few minor downsides, such as the lack of additional facilities like a swimming pool or fitness center, the superb service and comfortable amenities definitely outweighed any drawbacks. I highly recommend Bellclassic for a stay in Tokyo.
