During our stay at Sunway Hotel, we had a little hiccup with the room allocation. We initially booked a room with a queen-sized bed, but upon check-in, we were informed that none were available. However, the receptionist was quick to rectify the situation and offered us a room on a lower floor with a queen-sized bed. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of shops, ATMs, and eateries nearby. we would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

Had a great stay during xmas. the staff was warm and welcoming, made us feel at home immediately. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a great view from the window. Loved the fact that they offered complimentary breakfast every morning, so we never had to worry about where to eat. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located close to all the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. Overall a great experience!
