My visit to Oriental Hotel was fantastic! I stayed for 5 nights, enjoying the close proximity to Hakata JR and Shinkansen stations. the staff was courteous, and room service was convenient. the cafe in the lobby was a nice touch, and having a convenience store below was handy. the room was comfortable, and I even received a room upgrade for a minimal fee. the gym facilities exceeded my expectations, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight with delightful local dishes. I appreciated the free coffee and snacks at the executive garden, adding to a pleasant stay.

As young families, we loved the convenient location of Oriental Hotel, right at the East Gate of Hakata Station. The hotel had coin washing facilities, spacious and quiet rooms, and a beautiful garden with complimentary drinks. The lobby was impressive with its fresh flowers and elegant marble, and communication with the hotel in English was smooth. The surrounding area had an abundance of shops, eateries, and transportation options.

The staff, though limited in English, are helpful and eager to assist.
