The hotel offers a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, and laundry. The dining options were also impressive, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious food and drinks. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and beach access. The spa and wellness center provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff were friendly and available, and they were particularly interested in our cause and wore bracelets to support it. The pool and beach area were clean and the food at the pool was great. Additionally, we had a relaxing massage by the pool.

The menu by the pool was limited and often ran out of items during lunchtime. It would have been nice to have more restaurant choices within the hotel.

Check-in was a breeze with amazing staff, knowledgeable concierge, friendly bell boys, and attentive pool waiter. The highlight was the fancy restaurant off the beach with incredible food and excellent service. The pasta man who cooks in front of you is a must-try and customization is a plus. The spacious room had great amenities, including a kitchen and nice bathrooms. The warm, large pools were enjoyable, and the hotel's location was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and bus stops. The breakfast bar was nice, and the grounds and pool areas were well-maintained. Bertha, a staff member, provided excellent recommendations and assistance for getting around Puerto Vallarta. The beach setup was comfortable, and the ceviches at the pool/beach were a must-try. the staff at Club Regina Puerto Vallarta made the stay memorable.

I had an incredible stay at Club Regina. The staff, especially Bertha, were amazing. They provided excellent recommendations and helped me navigate around. The bed in my room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. I also loved the beautiful beach and the comfortable beach setup. The ceviches at the pool and beach area were a must-try, and the happy hour was fantastic too. the staff, amenities, and experience at Club Regina were top-notch.

We got great value for our money at Club Regina in Puerto Vallarta. The room was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the ocean, close to the beach, restaurants, and bus stops. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Cesar at check-in, Sofia the concierge, and the friendly bell boys. The pool waiter was attentive and the service at the fancy beach restaurant was top-notch, with incredible food. We loved the pasta man who cooked right in front of us, allowing us to customize our meal. We will definitely be returning.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering less sugary pastries and introducing some bread or salty pastries, as the current ones were too sweet and unhealthy.
