urban creme is a modern hotel with a super comfy bed. the location is great, with supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport nearby. i really appreciated the daily cleaning service and having parking available, which is rare in this area.

All was wonderful.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to Prague's city center. Wi-Fi was decent, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed even during check-in.

However, the experience had its downsides. We struggled with a non-functioning AC and received twin beds instead of a queen. Plus, breakfast options were disappointingly limited.

Anticipated local dining but found mainly chains.

The hotel's location is perfect for tourists, being close to attractions without the noise. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist. My room was clean, stylish, and had great air conditioning. It was soundproof! Breakfast had room for improvement, but that didn’t overshadow my pleasant stay.
