English translations for the controls of the humidifier would have been helpful.

Christmas decorations were on point, and the room had a lovely view of the city lights. The in-room massage chair was a great addition after a long day on the slopes. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and public transportation.

The staff seemed preoccupied and didn't offer much help or information. Breakfast was mediocre, with limited selection and low quality.
